Production Flow

Battery cell parameter pairing
Each battery pack uses Grade cells to form the battery pack. Strictly paired volt, capacity, and internal resistance for the battery pack's longer cycle life and safety. It also automatically reinforces the insulating ring for the positive side of the cell
Battery cell soldering
Using semi-automatic spot welding machine, the leakage of spot welding will be alarmed to ensure that every welding point is solid. High quality formed nickel welded cells, not easy to age and withstand high currents.
Battery Smart BMS installation
The battery BMS (Battery Management System) is equipped with high and low temperature protection, charge and discharge protection, short circuit protection and the BMS can add Bluetooth communication for remote monitoring and control of the battery.
Battery cycle test
Overcharge and discharge detection BMS charge and discharge protection is carried out, followed by deep cycling to activate the battery pack to maximum capacity. We also test for normal battery temperature at different current levels of discharge.
Battery Comprehensive testing
Test each cell bridge for missed soldering to prevent high and low cell volts. The BMS is again tested for charging and discharging as well as short-circuit protection and will also be tested for the functions attached to the cell case as well as Bluetooth
